My 76PA (3 tubes) already had that fan when it arrived here from a Carribean
contest station. It didnt save the amp from a blown transformer, tubes,
bandswitch, and more, thanks to very non technical and inexperienced
operators.
It has been running fine here for about 12-15 years with that fan as it
often gets used on AM wih a rewound transformer.

I installed one for a customer. The back of the amp has threaded inserts
to accept the normal bolt pattern of the typical muffin fan. I simply
used a long enough screw to reach to the amp rear panel.
