This is typical of the BS originating with Measures- He KNOWS that the
relevant point is that 2 is a small number, and the 45& has no significance
at that level.
HIs constant taking stuff out of context, and repeating mistaken
interpretations that the whole world knows are false is getting a little
tiring.
Those, combined with his juvenal 'zzzzz', (snore) and such trash make him
absolutely NOT believable on any subject.
