[AMPS] Step start delay?

Find out the relay coil resistance or current.

The coil should have a electrolytic cap in parallel and a diode and power
resistor in series with this combination.

The resistor sets both the dc voltage across the coil and in combination
with the electrolytic capacitor determines the time constant of the circuit.
