[AMPS] Need Summer 96 Communications Quarterly

I stand corrected.  At one time, I recall reading an extensive article
regarding the MLA-2500 conversion.  Perhaps it was on another site.

While scanning Svetlana's site, I noted a reference to another MLA-2500
conversion.  This one appeared in QST, May '96 and employed 4CX800's.
