[AMPS] BIAS SUPPLY

Several years ago there was a article in 73 Magazine for a adjustable
bias supply that could handle a fair amount of current. Anyone 
remember it? What year and month? Or is there something like it here 
on the web some where? If I remember correctly it used a TV horizontal
out put transistor.
