How about safe and free?
On my homebrew amp, I didn't use a connector at all. I just ran the
HV wire through a grommet on the back of the amp and soldered it
directly to a lug mounted on a ceramic standoff. It's solid,
permanent, will never work loose and when I want it off, it's just a
matter of a few seconds with a soldering iron. Works great.
