Already ohmed it out.
It turns out that all 5 of the threaded terminals are the secondary.
Therefore, I'll probably put like 25.2 volts on the secondary and go from
there. It will be a whole lot easier to determine just which of the primary
windings are for which voltage.

transformer up to the primary and measure the secondary. The 3000 volt winding
should read around 300 volts or so.
You could ohm it out first but be sure to short out the primary with a clip
lead first so you don't zap your meter.
