[AMPS] Eimac 8904

Hi all,
for a new amp project I like to use the follow tube.
The label on the plate shows: POWER TETRODE 15-250006 Manufactured for
ANALOGIC
Ther is another number too: 8904
The look and size suggest me it is a 4CX5000x ?
Any one can give me more details?
