Steve: I have run across at least one ceramic doorknob cap that "talked"
as I did. Believe it was one of the CRL .001mfd jobs. Replaced it with
another one and no such problem. I think the material used in these is
similar to that used in piezoelectric transducers. 73, Dan, N5AR
