I have the Alpha 76A three tube model Amplifier and I want to upgrade to use two
3CX800A tubes
any suggestions about what to watch out for? I have changed the filament
transformer, changed
the plate meter shunt, will be changing the suppressers, plugged the extra hole
as I
only need two
for the tubes. I will be increasing the time delay for warm up to greater than
3
minutes. Now it is
set for one minute. My amp already has the low drive modification, will operate
at
100 watts or less
for full output. Also my Amp has two meters..
