and assuming the bottom most supply's negative is grounded:
Imagine a short between the top most supply's primary and secondary. Then follow
the current path from ground to the top most supply's AC primary to the
secondary, through the left-side diodes and back to the negative side of the top
most supply. It won't be the full positive DC voltage, but it will be 7/8ths of
it.
