A suggestion for a place to find small bearings, try www.bocabearings.com
They might have what you need for replacements, I use Boca as a source for
bearings in my R/C helis and airplanes. they also ship for free.

Fixing this may be as "simple" (HA!) as pulling the blower, taking it to
your Friendly Neighborhood Small Electric Motor Repair Shop, and getting
new bearings put in it. Since you're going to have to pull the blower in
any event, have you considered that as an option?
Very 73 and best wishes for a fast, effective, easy repair, de
