HSEND *is* the ACC output.  HSEND = HF SEND on the rigs with 144 MHz and 
higher as they also have a VSEND (VHF SEND), typically for 144
and 430 MHz.  For the HF or HF and 50 MHz only transceivers the pin
is labeled SEND.
