It's not clear to me what you are asking. Do you mean an amp that is intended to be driven by a 5-10W transceiver? Ten Tec and Elecraft both make such an amp, and will produce 100W with about 5W drive. The Elecraft unit covers 160M - 6M, and has an optional internal antenna tuner. It's a very nice unit -- I just put together the screw-together kit. It's designed specifically to integrate with their very nice KX3 QRP rig, but can be used with other rigs. I don't know much about the Ten Tec unit.
