With 2400 watts dissipation, (3 tubes) at 62% I get almost 3,900 watts
out continuous.
The newer data sheet lists a max of 3,500 volts with a typical operating
voltage of 3200 volts.
23 watts drive gives 900 W out @ 3200 VDC so X 3 gives ~70W drive for
2700 out.
As the older data sheets listed a higher max voltage (I don't have the
curves available). As a SWAG at 3500 VDC, I'd say you'd likely get a
peak out of 3 KW @ 80 W drive.
Most of the drive power ends up in the output, but It looks like with
SSB you "might" get away with voice peaks at 80W which would likely give
somewhere around 1200W peak out (using pulse tuning), but this is in the
realm of where even a tiny misstep will destroy the tube. I think you'd
be pushing your luck at 80W drive, let alone, 100W

Going through the CPII datasheet for the 3CPX800 we see max plate
voltage of 4500V so the tubes will handle the voltage. The tube still
has the dainty 4W max dissipation grid so if you hit it with 3600V and
100W you'll probably roast the tubes.
The non-pulse rated 3cx800 max ratings are 2250V plate voltage, 0.6
plate amps. Typical operation at 2200V and 0.5A with 23W of drive will
get you 750W AB2 output.
Command Technologies used to build a three hole 3cx800 amp for "export
only".

100 watts drive
can anyone help with the formula.
