>My XYL is *very* sensitive to telephone RFI and I haven't heard a peep
>from her since I installed the filters
I told mine that it was her fault for buying crap telephones - and that it
was a new country on 10m that I was chasing! We have a consensus approach
now..........I still rent a telephone from the 'phone company. It has a
rotary dial and a carbon microphone, and is RFI proof as well as Lightening
EMP proof - there's 5 miles of overhead line to the exchange, and we get a
lot of LEMP.
But there's a lot of phones just get cured with a ferrite ring on the line
into the phone. Not all, but it can be a cheaper approach.
