[Amps] LK 500ZB - R2 and R3 across plate current meter

Hello group,
  Does anyone know the values of R2 and R3 (resistor across the plate current 
meter and in series to ground)?
   
  The manual that I have says that these are "factory specified".  Since there 
is no factory, I have no idea what replacement value I should use.
