Thank you for further explaining that, this is all going into my notebook, I
would say my brain but my memory is pretty lacking! At least with it
written down in my handy dandy notebook (Blue's Clue's reference for those
with kids such as I) I know I will have it for future reference.
This amp project is becoming a good learning experiment! Hmm, what can I

Scott,
Just ohms law: first you need to find the current thru the whole divider
between B+ and ground. E/R = I
In this case 10 meg + 50K. So then,
2350/10050000 = .00023 amps.
Then use IxR = V to find the voltage across the 50k resistor.
.00023 x 50000 = 11.69 volts.
