Friends, What are the pro's / con's regarding using regulated DC to supply filament voltage for a PA in cathode driven, AB2 configuration? I need 7.5 volts @ 51.5 amps and have available a HP regulated supply that is 0 - 10VDC @ 100 amps. I would isolate the both neg and pos sides from chassis ground. Thanks for your input.
