[Amps] hv probe

All the discussion about hv measurements and safety got me looking for an 
upgrade over my analog meter of long ago.
Since I already have a fluke dmm this caught my eye. Looks like a lot of 
probe for the $$$. I bought one.
No, I'm not advertising for the seller, just looked like a good deal.
