WOW that is a lot of do re mi for the replacemnt tranny!
I paid around $300 something for the Dahl and I thought that was kind of hefty.
Mine hits 1.3 KW on its hot bands like 75. Yes, the tank on 160 could
use a bigger coil. One of the mods I made was to add a 150 pF HEC 50
(IIRC) doorknob to the bandswitch for 160 only to get a better sweet
spot with the load air variable on 160. I think the tx idle Ip on
mine is around 130 ma.
