I don't know, but I'd love to hear if anyone knows about this "SBE."
The only SBE I remember is (was) SideBand Engineers, in Goleta, CA -- which
is *really* far south of San Francisco, like 300 miles (it's adjacent to
Santa Barbara), and they've been gone for many, many years...
Maybe there's "another" SBE?
