$600 sounds like a great price, provided it's in good working condition, has
good tubes, and has already had the HV filter cap replaced and other routine
maintenance that is absolutely required to keep something this old on the
air. Remember, these were built 40 years ago (and some are older than
that). Also, bear in mind the T-bolt is not "plug and play" like current
equipment: For example, it does not contain internal transmit-receive RF
transfer relays. A good set of RF relays (one for 2m, one for 6m) can cost
$200 if you have to buy them new.
