Thanks for the nice comments...

The switch deck was from a surplus tuner of some sort.  Any 30 degree index 
switch will work if your switch uses 30 degree detents.

The pictures of the ganged tuned input switch are not clear on the 8877. 
I'll have to post some additional pictures.
