[Amps] Ldmos won’t bias

Anyone had a blf188xr fail where you can’t set the bias but when you excite it 
with rf it seems to forward bias on and produce full output ??

My amp was running fine then the above has happened..

I’m picking I’m up for a new ldmos device but is this common ??
