Just another data point.

I contacted Dr. Alex regarding GI7Bt for sale.   He offered very attractive 
pricing,  * payable
after receipt and inspection at my location * with payment  able to be made to 
an address here
in the US.  This all seems more than reasonable to me.  Others may or may not 
have been so
lucky, or have the same opinion, just my .02 worth.
