REPLY:

No. Voltage alone during warm-up will not harm any tube I've ever heard of.

However -- do not allow any plate or screen current to be drawn by the tube
until warm up is completed. That can damage the cathode. Just keep the tube
biased well into cutoff during warm-up and you'll be ok.
