[CQ-Contest] cqww rtty operators needed

I am still looking for operators for the cqww rtty contest the end of this
month.  At this time I expect we will be doing m/s low power trying to
regain the world title, though if enough operators volunteer we could do
m/m.  Please contact me as soon as you can if you are interested so we can
solidify plans.
