As Russians have 5!! teams this time WHO can tell me why only one Russian
referee
AND the other interesting question:
Wild card selection!!
As i am not the competitor this time i would like to see the rating in this
reflector openlly
Aspecially - UA9BA&RN9A SOMETHING (UN4L i mean) - thay are good operators
and people, but just for the Democratic selection it could be informative
for us all to know how to be the democratic selectors???
