The purpose of presenting an "accuracy" measurement is motivation, right?
Listing the top-accuracy-ops is supposed to motivate others to achieve that
high level of accuracy, right?
Making public the LCR reports, which are detailed descriptions of what an op
did wrong, is not motivating, in my opinion.
I think Dave, N1IX, has it right - this would reduce participation, not only
by new contesters, but by many "old" contesters.
RE: My posting on this subject - That's probably why N0AX and ARRL make
public the top-ops and leave the detailed mistakes to be corrected on an
individual/personal level.
