And how often has this happened???  Is it a major scourge on DXCC that
people have claimed contacts they didn't work because they saw it in an
on-line log??  But what other kind of paranoia should I expect from an
organization that requires special signing certificates for qso data to LOTW
when I can make financial transactions for thousands of dollars with nothing
more than a password.  Is the DXCC award really worth that much??????

Enough of this, I'm going back to preps for working 3 or 4 band dxcc at
least 3 times in the next few months... starting fresh each weekend.
