Why the eventual LoTW implementation should only be on the Yes (for
everybody) or No (also for everybody) basis?
What about an OPTION to load a contest log to both logs' adjudicators and to
LoTW in one go? Then let contest's participants decide what they want this
particular time.
At this stage we can only build theories whether the contesting community
will accept this idea or not. Having two options and then some statistics,
one can make conclusions based on practice.
The moment the LoTW option is implemented, I'll be the first in the line to
use it.

I think LOTW went a bit far. I don't need to jump through all those hoops
to trade stocks or check my bank accounts etc. Most browsers have security
built in with encryption. This could be used.
I wonder how many people refuse to use LOTW because of the difficulties
getting going? We certainly do not want to get to point where people will
not submit scores because a system is too difficult or restrictive to use.
