Roy this is a Quack Note
You have been taking all this stuff 2 TOO serious, Most of it is just
B.S. about the band maps etc.
If somone comes on 5, 10 or 15 minutes prior to an Operating event to
establish a frequency there is no way this can be construed as Cheating.
THE CONTEST HASN'T STARTED. Net control comes on a frequence prior to the
start of a net and does on most occasions take a list of those already
there. A contester can't do this, the only one he might feel sure that is
still there is the guy at the starting bell and He may have moved up 2 and
started CQing for the start.
