Sorry Paul...but that is an "urban legend".  DXCC doesn't care if you submit
a QSL card with multiple contacts on it.  They simply ask that the cards
with multiple contacts be listed at the end of your application and only
those contacts that you wish to be counted towards your DXCC award(s) be
designated appropriately.  The DXCC desk does not charge for QSO that you do
not want credited.  Please see the ARRL website (DXCC module) for the
correct rules.

That may be so but when you're putting them all together for DXCC checking,

I think they like seeing one contact per card. Otherwise, I think they

charge you for having to check superfluous contacts; or so I've been told.



I put multiple contacts on my cards so I guess I'm guilty too :)
