No, it doesn't because computer has a MEMORY!  When you touch a paddle, PTT
is introduced first and RF sent some 20 msec later.  Orion does the same.
PC knows your CW speed and adjusts PTT delay to about 10 variable dot times.
Analog VOX delay is fixed and absolute in msec and does not adapt to keying
speed variations.  I hope Orion uses some of the limited CPU power for a
smart CW digital VOX delay :-)
