Hi,
An interesting book to read is "Sleep Thieves" by Dr. Stanley
Coren. (He has done quite a bit of research on the subject.)
Also, Randy K5ZD has remarked on this reflector that if sleep
must be taken, then it should be in multiples of 1.5 hours.
Otherwise, you wake up a great deal more disoriented and you lose a
lot of your ability to perform simple mental tasks (i.e., like
figuring out which knob to turn to move down the band!).
