Very nice description, Jose!

Exactly Alternate CQs is one good example of SO3R.

Effectively I have been doing SO3R when CQing on 40m and listening my
frequency and up. At the same time S&P on 80 or 20 for example.

It is no problem to listen to 3 RX audios simultaneously. You won't be
messing them up in your brain if you get used to it. The problem is with QRM
and noise. If the bands are very noise you might have a problem picking up
weak stations. With nice and quiet bands you might as well listen to 4 or 5
channels at the same time and you hear when somebody comes back to you.
