Bill,

As long as they have Internet access, your current DX operators don't have
to go the long way around to look at their QSLs  and apply for awards
credits. Just give each DX station the account ID and password for his/her
LoTW account! The certificate is not needed to do these things, just the
account ID and password.

Also, it's not too late to pass the certificate on to your active DX
stations so they can upload their own logs. Just use TQSLcert's Save command
to export a copy of the certificate to a file and e-mail it to the DX
station. He can import the certificate into his own copy of TQSLcert using
the Load command. He can then use the certificate to upload logs.
