In the past, contest groups or contest clubs such as the CAC, DXAC, etc.
have had meetings or informal get togethers with club or committee members
while attending Dayton.
I have secured a separate meeting room on the second floor of the Crowne
Plaza (very close to the Super Suite) that can be scheduled for use this
year - for clubs and groups. This meeting room can hold about 25 people. It
is quiet room with chairs and tables. The meeting room is available by pre
scheduled appointment only - Thursday, Friday and Saturday (May 17, 18 and
19) evenings starting at 7 PM each night until 11 PM. There are 4 one hour
reserved slots available each night - for 12 meeting slots total over the
three day time period.

please email me directly to get on the Dayton meeting schedule.
The one hour time slots for meetings are available first come - first serve
- by reservation only.
