Yes, I think that is against the rules. If your frequency turns out to be busy,
what keeps you from "accidentally" copying the call of the station there?
So I am going up the band doing S&P and hear a weak station I can't copy...no
problem, just hit F1 a few times and then I can turn on the remote RX to see if
it is "clear" :)
