I review every LOG before I send it in! Never had a LOG that
INCREASED in score from my review. They all decreased!

I do not have exact figures, but in talking with several different league
officials over the last couple of years, the percent of "No Code Tech" who
have a ARRL membership (especially those that renew) is rather small. They
have much stronger participation from the Generals and above on a
percentage basis.
