Well Dick is challenging us again...by not telling where he is going...I am
going to make an educated/wild guess....He would only go to a 3 point
location so he could win....second there are onl;y 4 islands in the
carribbean that are 3 points to the states...third PJ1B needs the
competition....fourth no one knows who is operating from the island qth of
P40V.....need I guess more...I may be out to lunch here but my first hunch
