How could you level out the operating skills?  Make some people run 30 watts 
and let others run 100 watts?  Make some run the radio with the attenuator 
on and some with it off?

Skills are skills--either you got 'em or you ain't, and it looks like these 
participants all have 'em or they wouldn't have been there.   IMHO  73
