I was an operator at N4PN this weekend and I unintentionally transmitted on the wrong 40 meter split twice (I blame it on lack of sleep on Sat night)...it was an honest mistake on my part but I am sure this is not the type of operation you are talking about....EVERY US ham who operates 40 meter ssb in a contest has done it at least once...aw, come on, admit it...
