The BARTG Sprint RTTY Contest, now playing this weekend, does
this very effectively.
There are two single-op categories:
SOAB - Single Operator All Band
SOE - Single Operator Expert
SOAB entrants may only change bands once in any 5 minute period.
SOE entrants have no such restriction.
