A few years ago I ordered a number of the snap-over type ferrites from
Mouser.  The ones I bought will snap over an RG-58 sized cable and are
"mix 31" which is good for HF as I understand it.

They are available in several package sizes and the above numbers should
get you to the correct page at Mouser's site so you can find what you're
looking for.

DX Engineering also carries them, but I found Mouser had a better price
in quantity.
