I've had great luck using an ART HeadAmp 4 Headphone Amp with 4 Free
Headphones

for $65, free shipping, with 4 sets of headphones.  They seem to be pretty
immune to RF, and have independent audio gain for each of the 4 outputs.  A
plus is that all inputs and outputs have paralleled 1/8" and 1/4"
