The CQWW rules say that the use of spotting networks and/or the internet for "QSO alerting assistance" puts a single operator into the Assisted class, but I'm wondering whether real-time propagation reporting systems like WSPR (where the reported callsigns don't refer to an active operator) fall under that category as well.
