Yes, you can see them on the EI8IC web site:

   http://www.mapability.com/ei8ic/

   Ham Maps -> Prefix Maps 2 -> China-Interactive

Or you can look at the cty_wt_mod.dat file from 
http://www.country-files.com/cty
