There are all sorts of sprints happening all the time.  You'll find these
are "single pure radio operator's contests".

If you're looking for CQ to add such a category, the single operator class
is still reasonable for a "single pure radio operator."  Now, if you want
extra operating challenge, add a second radio and increase your score.
